Glass handrail systems have been a core offering of AGS & Handrails for over 30 years, delivering a clean, modern aesthetic combined with proven performance.

Our systems utilize ½” and ¾” tempered glass, engineered to meet both design intent and safety requirements. Top cap rails are available in a variety of materials and profiles, including roll-formed stainless steel, brake-formed stainless steel channels, aluminum extrusions, and custom wood shapes—providing flexibility across a wide range of architectural applications.

We offer multiple mounting options to suit project needs, including aluminum base shoe systems and post systems with glass infill panels secured by custom stainless steel glass clips. Structural steel components such as embedments, stair stringers, and supports are typically provided by others.

AGS supports sustainable building goals by providing LEED documentation (MR 4.1 / MR 4.2) as required. Structurally engineered handrail calculations are also available upon request to ensure compliance with project-specific requirements.
